摘要
目的探讨分级护理管理方案对手术室护理质量的影响。方法选择2015年1月—2016年1月于该院实施手术治疗的患者180例作为研究组,选择2013年12月—2014年12月于该院实施手术治疗的患者180例作为对照组。对照组采取常规手术室护理管理方法。研究组在此基础上对护理人员应用分级护理管理方案。观察两组手术室相关不良事件的发生情况,以及两组对手术相关护理服务的满意程度。结果两组手术室相关不良事件的发生比对比中,研究组2.78%低于对照组7.78%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理满意率对比中,研究组总满意率93.33%高于对照组98.89%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分级护理管理方案可以有效降低手术室相关不良事件的发生概率,提高患者对护理服务的满意程度,强化护理质量,适于临床应用与推广。
Objective To study the effect of level nursing management plan on the nursing quality in the operating room. Methods 180 cases of patients with operative treatment in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the research group, 180 cases of patients with operative treatment in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the control group, and the control group adopted the routine nursing management methods in the operating room, while the research group adopted the level nursing management plans on the basis of the control group, and the oc- currence of related adverse events in the operating room of the two groups was observed and the satisfactory degree of the two groups to operative related nursing services was observed. Results The occurrence of related adverse events in the re- search group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison （2.78% vs 7.78%）, P〈0.05, and the total satisfactory rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group （93.33% vs 98.89%）, and the difference had statistical significance by comparison, P〈0.05. Conclusion The level nursing management plan can effectively reduce the occurrence probability of related adverse events in the operating room, improve the satisfac- tory degree of patients to nursing service and intensify the nursing quality, which is suitable for clinical promotion and ap- plication.
