摘要
目的比较含铋剂的四联疗法与标准三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性消化性溃疡的有效性与安全性。方法随机选取2014年8月—2016年5月该院收治的80例消化性溃疡患者为研究对象,全部患者13C呼气试验结果HP均呈阳性,随机将入选病例均分为两组。对照组40例,患者行标准三联疗法,用药雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素和左氧氟沙星;实验组40例,患者行四联疗法,在对照组治疗基础上加用枸橼酸铋钾胶囊。统计两组用药后不良反应,治疗结束1个月后复查胃镜和13C呼气试验,观察两组患者溃疡面愈合情况及Hp根除情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率(92.5%)和Hp根除率(90.0%)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组不良反应发生率(5.0%)与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论以含铋剂的四联疗法治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效优于标准三联疗法,而且不增加患者用药不良反应,值得临床推广。
Objective Quadruple therapy and standard triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori containing bismuth （Hp） effica- cy and safety related peptic ulcer. Methods Random selection 80 cases of peptic ulcer patients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the study subjects, all patients with 13C breath test results Hp were posi- tive, randomly selected cases were divided into two groups. The control group of 40 cases, treated with standard triple ther- apy, medication, ray Bella with clarithromycin and Levofloxaein; 40 cases in the experimental group, were treated with quadruple therapy, the treatment in the control group based on the use of Bismuth potassium Citrate Capsules. Statistics of two groups of adverse drug reaction, after 1 months of treatment, the review of gastroseopy and 13C breath test, observation of two groups of patients with ulcer healing and HP eradication. Results Experimental group total effective rate （92.5%） and Hp eradication rate （90.0%） were significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the experimental group adverse re- action rate （5%） compared with the control group was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion In the clinical cu- rative effect of triple therapy, quadruple therapy of Hp associated peptic ulcer treatment containing bismuth, and does not increase the adverse reactions of patients, is worthy of promotion.
