摘要
跨国涉农企业在全球农业产业链发展中发挥着重要的作用。跨国涉农企业能否做大做强不仅与宏观环境、时代背景密切相关,更与其自身发展战略息息相关。本文通过对邦吉公司(简称邦吉)投资布局、发展战略和具体发展策略进行分析,认为邦吉投资的产销区域选择,围绕农业发展核心全产业链发展的总体战略,本土化发展和贸易先行等进入策略为公司的成功奠定了基础,并提出了对中国企业"走出去"的启示。
In the development of global agricultural industrial chain,international agricultural enterprise plays an important role.By analyzing the development strategy and the specific development strategy of Bunge company,this paper thought the company's investment area selection,production and sales area around the whole industry chain,localization development and trade leading first laid the foundation for the success of the company,and puts forward the enlightenment to Chinese enterprises to go out.
