摘要
我国生鲜农产品电子商务迅速发展,对创新农产品流通方式、解决"三农"问题发挥了重大作用,尤其是对农村经济发展、农业产业结构优化、农村生产方式转变、农民收入增加和居民消费方式改变产生重要影响。然而,我国生鲜农产品电子商务发展依然面临着冷链物流短板问题,生鲜电商供应链的脆弱性和高成本状况还没有发生根本改变,基层建设推进速度相对缓慢。因此,应实施重点扶持政策,推动生鲜农产品电子商务和冷链物流发展;加强生鲜农产品标准化、品牌化建设,改造生鲜电商供应链;加强生鲜农产品电子商务基础设施建设,降低生鲜电商成本;采用"信任带动、示范带动"的方式培养现代农民和农产品电子商务人才,以促进和保障生鲜农产品电子商务健康持续发展。
The e-commerce of fresh agricultural products in China is developing rapidly,which plays its significant role in making innovation in circulation pattern of agricultural products and solving the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,especially in developing rural economy,optimizing agricultural industry structure,and so on. However,the development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce is facing some problems in terms of cold chain logistics,the fragile supply chain,the high cost,and the slow development in infrastructure. To solve these problems,we should,first,implement the supporting policies and promote the development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce and cold chain logistics;second,we should strengthen product standardization and brand building and rebuild the supply chain of that;third,we should strengthen the development of infrastructure for fresh agricultural products e- commerce and reduce the cost of that;and third,we should cultivate more professionals to promote and guarantee the sound and sustainable development of fresh agricultural products e-commerce.
