摘要
针对抽油机井传统诊断技术符合率低、存在人工分析误差等问题,研究应用了抽油机井智能管理软件。以抽油机井动态诊断模型为基础,通过现场模拟修正,建立仿真精度较高的抽油机井智能管理软件,为水驱油藏开采提供指导和依据。通过智能管理软件的综合应用,抽油机井系统效率提高了6.92%,取得较好的应用效果,可以高效精准地进行抽油机井的系统诊断和措施优化。
Aiming at the low coincidence rate and manual analytical errors of rod pumped well' s traditional diagnosis technique, the intelligent software is researched and applied. On the basis of rod pumped well' s dynamic diagnosis models and after simulating and correcting, an intelligent management software with high simulation of rod pumped wells has been developed, which provides guidance and reference for producing water-drive reservoirs. Through the comprehensive application of the intelligent management software, the system efficiency of rod pumped well has been increased by 6.92%, which is a good application effect and the system diagnosis and optimization measures of rod pumped wells can be conducted efficiently and accurately.
