摘要
[目的]观察犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺肺结核咯血疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊及住院患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。均常规基础抗结核治疗。对照组60例垂体后叶素24U+5%葡萄糖500mL,静滴;硝酸甘油5mg+5%葡萄糖250mL,静滴。治疗组60例犀角地黄汤(水牛角、生地黄各30g,赤芍12g,牡丹皮、茜草各10g,生地榆、槐花、白茅根各15g),1剂/d,水煎400m]L,早晚温服。连续治疗3d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效23例,有效30例,无效7例,总有效率88.33%;对照组显效20例,有效24例,无效16例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]犀角地黄汤联合抗结核治疗阴虚火旺型肺结核咯血,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。]观察白金定痫片联合西药治疗癫痫的疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊先后简单随机分为两组。对照组30例,按照癫痫治疗规范采用西药治疗;治疗组30例,在对照组的基础上联合白金定痫片口服。连续治疗30d为1疗程,观察临床症状、发作频率、认知功能及不良反应。[结果]观察3个疗程后。临床症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),组问无明显差异(P>0.05)。发作频次对照组减少15例,稳定13例,增加2例,减少率50.00%;治疗组减少16例,稳定13例,增加1例,减少率53.33%;组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。MMSE评分治疗组明显改善(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。[结论]白金定痫片联合西药治疗癫痫,疗效较满意,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the efficacy of Baijin Dingxian tablet combined with western medicine in the treatment of epilepsy. [Method] Using randomized parallel controlled study, the 60 cases of epilepsy were divdied randomly into two groups by draw method, the control group （30 cases） and the treatment group （30 cases）. The control group was treated by the western medicine based on the anti-Epilepsy specification,and the treatment group was treated by BaiJinDingXian Tablet combined with western medicine. Continuous treatment of 30d was 1 course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, seizure frequency,cognitive function,and adverse reactions were observed. [Results] After 3 treatment courses, the clinical symptoms score of the two group after treantment better than one before treatment（P〈0.01）, but the comparement of the clinical symptoms score between the control group and treatemnt group had no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. The decrement rate of seizure frequency in control group was 50.00%, and the one in treatment group was 53.33%, which had no statistical differences （P〉0.05）. The MMSE score of treatment group after treantment better than one before treatment （P〈0.05）. While, the one of control group had no effective （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] BaiJinDingXian tablet combined with western medicine in the treatment of epilepsy is effective, is worth promoting.
