摘要
目的评价全程护理干预在经尿道膀胱镜检查中的应用价值。方法2015年1~7月,筛选患者420例,随机对照研究,常规组、干预组各入选患者210例,分别给予常规护理、全程护理干预。结果干预组术中协助固定体位率、应用镇痛药物率、术后并发症率、不良事件合计率低于常规组,干预组服务态度、舒适度、护理技术、环境的满意率高于常规组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对经尿道膀胱镜检查患者开展全程护理干预,可提升患者满意率,降低不良事件发生风险。
Objective Evaluation of the whole nursing intervention in the application value of urethral cystoscopy. Methods From January to July 2015, 420 cases were selected, and 210 patients in routine nursing and whole course nursing intervention were given to the conventional group and the intervention group. Results The intervention group were assist fixed position rate, rate of application of analgesic drugs, postoperative complication rate, adverse events total rate lower than that of the conventional group, intervention group service attitude, comfort and nursing technology and environment satisfaction rate higher than that of the normal group, the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transurethral cystoscope check the patient to carry out the whole nursing intervention, can improve the patient satisfaction rate, reduce the risk of adverse events.
