鼠神经生长因子联合激素治疗视神经损伤体会 被引量：7

摘要 目的:探讨视神经损伤的药物治疗方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析30例急性颅脑损伤后视神经损伤患者的临床资料,收集普通激素治疗15例(a组30眼),激素联合鼠神经生长因子治疗组15例(b组30眼),经不同药物治疗后1周、2周后疗效分析。结果:b组15例经治疗后视力恢复程度明显优于a组。结论:对颅脑损伤合并视神经损伤,早期应用鼠神经生长因子及激素治疗,可显著改善患者视力,提高治愈率,缩短治疗时间。
