1病例资料患者,女,61岁,因＂摔倒致右髋部疼痛3h余＂入院,诊断为＂右股骨颈骨折＂。既往无心肺系统疾病。血分析、生化、凝血等检查未见异常,心电图提示T波改变。心脏彩超、胸片未见明显异常（见图1）。入院后予卧床牵引制动并拟第6天在腰硬联合麻醉下行右全髋关节置换术。手术当天入室后予心电监护,呼吸20次/min、心率88次/min、
Pulmonary embolism is one of the most dangerous complications of surgery during perioperative period,especially for the orthopedic surgery.As an acute cardiovascular disease,its clinical symptom is obscure but the mortality rate is high.We report a case of pulmonary embolism due to changing body position after combined spinal epidural anesthesia.Through our early diagnosis and instant treatment,the patient gained the chance for survival and finally had a good recovery.
