摘要
文章以公共图书馆服务创新模式研究为基点,介绍了南京图书馆"陶风采"服务的概念、运作模式、实施意义和实施方案,并提出加强网络安全与硬件系统建设、规范安全管理制度、严格图书购借规则、加大"陶风采"服务宣传力度、积极争取资金支持等建议。
Based on the study of public library service innovation mode, this paper introduced the concept, operating modes, implementing meaning and implementing schemes of Nanjing Library ＂Taofengcai＂ service and put forward suggestions for intensifying constructions of Internet security and hardware system, standardizing the rules of security management, specifying the rules of purchasing and borrowing books, extending the publicity of ＂Taofengcai＂ service and actively striving for financial support.
