摘要
介绍了碳氢氮元素分析仪的工作原理及试验步骤.重点探讨了高温燃烧红外热导法测定过程中的样品处理和标定曲线校正,结合标煤的碳氢氮参考值及不确定度,对标煤测定的试验数据进行分析。并对测量数据的精密度和准确度进行检验,结果表明,仪器测量的精密度和准确度均符合质量控制要求,且在试验过程中应注意样品称量质量的控制、空白值的稳定性及气体密封性的检查等事项。
This paper analyzed the working principle and experimental procedures of CHN elements analyzer, the sample treatment and calibration curve correction in high-temperature combustion infrared thermal conductivity method was discussed, combining with the CHN reference values and uncertainty of standard coal, the experimental data of standard coal was analyzed, the precision and accuracy of testing data was examined. The results showed that: precision and accuracy of instrument measurement could all meet the quality control requirements, and some items like weight control of sample, the stability of blank value and check of gas tightness in the experimental process should be noticed.
