摘要
本文针对现有蜂窝纸板生产效率低的缺点,结合蜂窝结构优异的力学性能和瓦楞纸板便于高速生产的优点,提出了平齐式瓦楞—蜂窝纸板和相对式瓦楞—蜂窝纸板结构,利用静态压缩实验,分析了静态力学性能和缓冲性能,结果表明二者的力学性能均优于正六边形蜂窝纸板;相对式瓦楞—蜂窝纸板的抗压强度和缓冲性能均优于平齐式瓦楞—蜂窝纸板,更适用于运输包装领域,研究结果可为新型纸板的开发提供有益的参考。
View of low efficiency of existing production process for honeycomb paperbeard, blunt honeycomb paperboard and opposite honeycomb paperboard which are formed by corrugated paperhoards is presented considering excellent mechanical properties of honeycomb structure and high speed production of corrugated board. Static compression tests are carried out, and static mechanical properties and cushioning performance of the two types of paperboard are analyzed. The results show that the two types of paperboard have better mechanical properties than hexagonal honeycomb paperboard. Opposite honeycomb paperboard has better mechanical properties and cushioning performance than blunt honeycomb paperboard, and is more suitable for transport packaging. The study results can provide a useful reference for development of new paperboard.
