摘要
通过TLC和HPLC法对黄花列当中主要化学成分麦角甾苷进行定性鉴别和含量测定的研究，结果证实列当中含麦角甾苷且麦角甾苷在0．0625～2．000ptg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（R2=0．9999），平均加样回收率为95．65％，RSD为1．15％．经过方法学论证，TLC和HPLC专属性强，含量测定方法简便、准确，重现性好，适用于黄花列当中麦角甾苷含量的测定．
The presence of acteoside in Orobanche pycnostachya was identified and assayed by TLC and HPLC. The results verified that acteoside concentration presented a good linear range of 0.0625~2.000μg. The average recovery was 95.65% and RSD was 1.15 %. After the methodologi- cal argumentation,the TLC and HPLC methods were found to be specific, and the quantification method was simple, accurate, reproducible, and suitable for the content determination of acteoside in Orobanche pycnostach ya.
