摘要
目的调查分析妇产科手术患者医院感染护理干预效果。方法随机选择220例妇科手术患者,按照随机化原则将患者分为对照组和干预组各110例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予综合护理,分析两组患者不同手术类型医院感染率之间的差异。结果对照组患者医院感染率为48.18%,干预组医院感染率为18.18%,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=22.33,P<0.05);两组患者剖宫产医院感染率、全子宫切除术医院感染率之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术患者护理过程中,根据护理评估结果给予必要的防范医院感染护理干预,能够显著降低医院感染率,有助于患者及早康复。
Objective To investigate the hospital infection nursing intervention effect of operative patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics. Methods 220 cases of operative patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 110 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the intervention group adopted the overall nursing, and the difference in the hospital infection rate of different operative types between the two groups was analyzed. Results The difference in the hospital infection rate between the control group and the intervention group had statistical significance(48.18% vs 18.18%)(χ2=22.33,P<0.05), and the differences in the hospital infection rates of uterine-incision delivery and complete hysterectomy between the two group had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing course of operative patients in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics, we should carry out the necessary hospital infection nursing intervention prevention measures according to the nursing evaluation results, which can obviously reduce the hospital infection rate, and it contributes to the rehabilitation of patients as soon as possible.
