摘要 选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)是目前发展最快且已经商业化的快速成型方法之一,具有工艺简单、操作便捷、适应性广、可直接烧结零件等优点,广泛应用于金属、陶瓷、塑料等材料的加工成型。但同时存在烧结件脆性高、硬度低、耐温性差等缺陷,需要对其进行后处理,以提高材料的相关性能。结合实际工程应用(如生物医疗、机械工程等)对SLS技术在金属件、高分子件、骨骼组织、无机粉体等方面的应用进行综述。系统阐述了国内外SLS技术的研究现状与应用进展,概括了SLS烧结件后处理工艺的发展动态,并对SLS烧结件的应用及后处理工艺进行了展望。 Selective laser sintering technology(SLS) is one of the rapidly development and used in industries with highest value of application at present and it has many advantages comparing with other methods,such as simple technology,convenient operation,wide adaptability,can be directly sintering parts and so on.It has been widely applied in the fields of metal,ceramic,plastics and other materials processing process.However,various bottlenecks have been existed in its sintered parts,for instance,high brittleness,low hardness,low temperature resistance,etc.Thus necessary post processing should be adopted and to improve their relative properties,and combined with practical engineering application of SLS(e.g.,biological medical treatment,mechanical engineering),the application in polymer,metal,bone tissue and inorganic powders of SLS methods have been summarized.The research status and application prospect at home and abroad of SLS technology and its sintered parts was introduced systematically,and the development trends of SLS technology and its post-treatment has also beendiscussed,and the application of SLS sintering parts and post-treatment technology was prospected.
