摘要
介绍了某厂300 MW亚临界机组2号机7号瓦振动超标的故障及其特征,发现引起振动的根本原因是励磁机中心偏差大和7号轴瓦球面紧力小,为此类机组异常振动的诊断及处理提供了可靠的依据。
The over standard vibration fault and the characteristics of No. 2 bearing bush No. 7 turbine for 300 MW subcritical units in given power plant are introduced. It is found that the basic cause for vibration is larger deviation of exciter's center and smaller spherical preload of No. 7 turbine that which provides reliable basis to diagnose and deal with the abnormal vibration in such kind of units.
