摘要
在新的发展历史时期,加强农业科技创新体系与乡村科普传播网络建设具有重要的实践意义。该文在分析农业科技创新与科技推广成效的基础上,进一步提出创立农业科技创新与乡村科普传播交互递进的体系的思路,阐明农业科技创新与农民科技创业相互依赖关系。最后,提出农业科技创新与农民科技创业耦合联动发展的对策建议。
In the new historical period of development, it is impotent to construct agricultural scientific and technological innovation system and rural science popularization networks in practice. Based on the analysis of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and the effect of scientific and technological popularization, the idea of establishingthe interactive system of agricultural scientific and technological innovation and rural science popularization was pro-posed, and the interdependence between agricultural scientific and technological innovation and farmers＇ technological entrepreneurship was clarified. Finally, the countermeasures were put forward to promote the coupling interactive development between agricultural scientific and technological innovation and farmers＇ technological entrepreneurship.
