摘要
本文针对深海采矿船大型水下采矿设备布放回收系统A架吊机高精度的安装要求,通过对船舶结构的受力、安装精度、安装方法及安装过程质量控制方法的研究,制定合理的安装工艺,从而达到提高安装精度,确保安装质量达到设备厂家的要求。
In order to meet the high installation precision for A-Frame crane of large subsea mining equipment launching and recovery system for deep-sea mining vessel, a reasonable installation technology has been developed after the investigation and analysis on ship hull structure and reinforcement, requirement of installation precision, installation method and method of process quality control to improve the assembly precision and ensure that the installation quality can be accepted by the crane vendor.
