摘要
从蒸汽动力船舶凝水回收系统设计及工程应用情况出发,指出蒸汽动力船舶凝水回收系统在设计及使用过程中应注意的事项,包括管路水击、疏水量计算、疏水阀选型、凝水回收装置选取等。结合船舶动力系统运行环境,针对蒸汽动力船舶凝水回收系统及相应附件在设计、使用中出现的问题进行了探讨,从而达到节约能源、降低维护成本、提高凝水系统工作性能的目的。
Based on the engineering design of steam condensation water recovery system in steam power ship, this paperpointed out the notice preceding in process of steam condensation water recovery system design, including water hammer,calculation of flow rate, trap selection, condensation water recovery equipment. Considered real ship running environment,the condensation water recovery system and attachment problem in design process has been discussed, to achieve thepurposes of improving economic benefit,reducing maintenance costs,improving system working performance.
