摘要 根据国内外矿井突水预警系统的发展现状以及计算机控制技术、通信技术和嵌入式技术的发展,结合国内对矿井突水预警系统的普遍需求,研制了一种矿井突出灾害预警系统,该系统是以多主式体系结构和通信方式,实现水灾、水情监控的实时化、动态化、系统化、长期化和网络化的矿井突水预警系统。系统的传输方式是基于各种总线的数字信号传输系统,通过各子系统周期采集各控制点的参数信号进行科学分析,实时给出当前矿井的预警情况。该系统控制部分以可编程控制器(PLC)为主控制芯片,使用集成开发环境Keil进行软件开发。该系统已应用在太原东山煤矿,取得了良好的效果。 According to the domestic and overseas development status of mine water inrush early warning system, and computer control technology, communication technology and embedded technology development, combined with widespread domestic demand of mine water inrush early warning system, developed a mine outburst disaster early warning system, namely to multi host system node structure and communication mode, flood, hydrological monitoring of real-time, dynamic, systematic, long-term and networked inrush early warning system of water can be achieved. The transmission mode of the system is based on a variety of bus digital signal transmission system, through the sub system cycle acquisition of the parameters of the control point of the signal to carry out scientific analysis, real-time warning of the current mine. The system control part of the programmable logic controller (PLC) based control chip, the use of integrated development environment Keil software development. The system has been applied in Taiyuan Dongshan coal mine, and has achieved good results.
