摘要
目的 探讨口腔炎喷雾剂联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗手足口病的疗效。方法 选择台州恩泽医疗中心（集团）台州医院儿科门诊确诊为手足口病患儿90例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予利巴韦林颗粒口服,10-15 mg/（kg·d）,分3-4次,连用5 d;观察组采用口腔炎喷雾剂,每次向口腔挤喷药液适量,每日3-4次,联合金莲清热泡腾片,小儿1岁以下每次1片,每日3次,高烧时每日4次;1-15岁每次1-2片,每日4次,高烧时每4小时1次,连用5 d,比较两组的发热时间、疱疹持续时间、流涎时间及纳差时间及治疗效果。结果 观察组与对照组治疗效果比较,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组的发热时间、疱疹持续时间、流涎时间及纳差时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.01）。结论 口腔炎喷雾剂联合金莲清热泡腾片治疗手足口病疗效确切,值得推广应用。
Objective To Study the curative effect of stomatitis spray combined with Jinlian Qingre effervescent tablet in the treatment ofhand-foot-mouth disease. Methods 90 children patients diagnosed with hand-foot-mouth disease in the Outpatient Clinic of Pediatrics in Taizhou Enze Medical Group Taizhou Hospital were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group, with 45 patients in each group. The control group was orally given ribavirin of 10-15 mg/（kg.d）, with 3 to 4 times for consecutive 5 days; the observation group was given stomatitis spray. An appropriate amount of spray was squeezed and sprayed into the oral cavity, with 3 to 4 times a day. Combined jinlian qingre effervescent tablets were administered in children, 1 tablet each time for those under the age of 1 year old, 3 times a day, and 4 times a day during high fever; 1-2 tablets each time for those with the age of 1-15 years old, 4 times a day, and once every 4 hours during high fever for consecutive 5 days. Fever time, herpes duration, salivation time and anorexia time, as well as curative effects were compared. Results There were significant differences between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.01）. The duration of fever, herpes duration, salivation time and anorexi- a time were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Stomatitis spray combined with Jinlian Qingre effervescent tablets are effective in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease, which is worthy of promotion and application.
