外源NO对低温胁迫下辣椒幼苗生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:14

Effects of Exogenous NO on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Pepper Seedlings under Low Temperature Stress

摘要 以辣椒幼苗作为试验材料,研究不同浓度的外源NO供体硝普钠(sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对低温胁迫(10℃)下辣椒幼苗的生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明:0.5-0.7 mmol/L SNP处理的辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、鲜重、干重、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、叶绿素含量等明显增加,POD活性和根系活力提高,MDA含量和脯氨酸含量明显下降。说明在低温胁迫下通过施用外源NO供体硝普钠(SNP)可以提高渗透调节物质和叶绿素含量,降低细胞膜伤害,提高防御酶活性,改善根系活力,从而降低了低温胁迫对辣椒幼苗的伤害,促进了辣椒幼苗的生长。 Taken pepper seedlings as experimental materials, the effects of different concentrations of exogenous NO donor sodium nitroprus- side (SNP) on the growth and physiological characteristics of pepper seedlings under low temperature stress( 10℃ ) were studied. The resuits showed that the plant height, stem diameter, fresh weight, dry weight, protein content, soluble sugar and chlorophyll of pepper seed- lings increased significantly, the activity of their POD and roots increased, but MDA content and proline decreased significantly with the treatment of O. 5 -0.7 mmol/L SNP. The result indicated that the exogenous NO donor sodium nitroprusside (SNP) could improve the osmotic regulation substances and chlorophyll content, reduce the damage of cell membrane, increase the activity of defense enzymes and improve the root activity under low temperature stress, which reduced the harm of pepper seedlings under low temperature stress and promote the growth of pepper seedlings.
