重型柴油机高海拔严寒冷起动性能试验研究 被引量:12

Experimental Study on Cold Start Performance of Heavy Duty Diesel Engine in Frost Plateau Environment

摘要 利用高原环境模拟试验台,以某型高压共轨重型柴油机为试验对象,进行了高海拔严寒冷起动性能试验,研究环境温度及海拔高度对柴油机起动转速和怠速等参数的影响规律。研究结果表明:在-20℃环境温度下,海拔每升高1km,起动过程中初始期持续时间平均增加了0.5s,升速期平均转速升高率平均降低了44.6%,最高转速平均降低了35r/min,起动时间和怠速转速循环变动率分别平均增加了21.3%和36.2%。在海拔高度2 000m时,当环境温度高于-30℃时,温度每降低10℃,起动过程中倒拖转速平均降低了25.5r/min,初始期持续时间平均增加了0.42s,升速期平均转速升高率平均降低14.42%,最高转速平均升高了47.5r/min,起动时间和怠速转速循环变动率分别平均增加了38.88%和47.54%;环境温度在-35℃时,冷起动过程升速期出现转速波动,与环境温度-30℃时相比,起动时间增加了166.7%,而怠速转速循环变动率增大了144.8%。 The cold start performance of a high duty diesel engine with a high pressure common rail system was conducted on a plateau environment simulation test-bed, and the effect of the ambient temperature and altitude on starting speed and idle speed was also analyzed in this investigation. The results show that at ambient temperature of -20℃ and for every 1 000 km rise in altitude, the initial starting time increases by an average of 0.5 s, the mean speed rising rate decreases by an average of 44.6 % in the speed rising stage, the highest speed decreases by an average of 35 r/rain, thus increasing the cyclic variation rate of starting time and idle speed by an average of 21.3% and 36.2% respectively.
