摘要
随着纳米技术的发展,金属及金属氧化物纳米材料因其独特的物化性质,在医学应用,尤其是抗肿瘤方面表现出巨大潜力。尽管目前纳米金属及金属氧化物抗肿瘤尚未应用于临床,仍处于研究阶段,但众多的研究者们已在这一领域取得了较大研究进展。在此,我们对纳米金属及金属氧化物在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展做一综述。
With the development of nanotechnolgy, metal and metal oxide nanoparticles have shown their inimitable clinical potential due to their unique physical and chemical properties, especially in the antitumor area. Although most metal and metal oxide nanoparticles have not been used in clinic, scientists have already made many impressive progresses. In this article, the authors review the recent research progress of metal and metal oxide nanoparticles in the antitumor area.
