摘要
突破传统单要素资源评价法,从地理学综合观出发,筛选构建多要素资源综合评价体系,结合国土空间开发的主体功能定位,分析云南省经济社会发展的资源环境空间支撑保障能力。结果显示,云南省整体的经济社会发展面临着较大的资源环境压力,资源环境效率性、规模性、结构性问题共存,组合丰度各异,区域资源环境支撑保障能力呈现不同态势。国家和省级重点开发区经济社会水平较高,支撑能力较弱,发展转型压力巨大。限制和禁止开发区经济社会发展相对滞后,支撑保障能力较强,但生态环境脆弱,资源开发难度大。
With a comprehensive view of geography, breaking through resources evaluation method of traditional single factor,filters elements to build comprehensive evaluation system of more resources, combining with the main function orientation of land space development and analysising the space support capability of resources and environment on the Yunnan economic and social development. The results showed that the overall economic and social development of Yunnan facing greater pressure on resources and the environment, problems of efficiency, scale and structure of resources and environment coexisting,the different combinations of abundance and the support capability of regional resource and environment presenting a different situation. The national and provincial key developmental ares were having a high level of economy and society, with the poor support and enormous pressure on development and transformation; the restricted and prohibited zones were lagging behind economic and social development, with strong support capability, but the ecological environment was fragile, the development of resource difficult.
