摘要
通过对我国407名矿工进行调查问卷,首先验证其情感与期望落差的有效量表,测量出矿工的工作情感强度与期望落差值,最后分析期望落差对工作情感的影响,并找出影响正负情感的期望落差临界值。结果表明:量表对测量矿工群体工作情感、组织期望落差具有可信性和有效性;矿工群体期望落差值为负,但积极情感强于消极情感;期望落差三个维度对工作情感具有不同预测力;可纳期望落差临界值为负。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 407 miners,this paper verifies the effective scale about miners' affection and expectation gap,and measures the values of both. And then,it analyzes the influence of the miners' organizational responsibility expectation gap on the working affection,and puts forward the critical value of positive or negative affection. Results show that,firstly,the two scales have good liability and validity to Chinese miners. Secondly,miners' expectation gap is a minus,but positive affection is stronger than negative affection. The three dimensions of the organizational responsibility expectation gap have different predictive power on working affection. In the end,the acceptable critical value of expectation gap is a minus.
