摘要
目的:观察川芎嗪注射液治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2010年1月—2012年9月收治的62例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组患者给予银杏达莫注射液治疗,研究组给予注射用盐酸川芎嗪注射液治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效、成本-效果及敏感度进行统计分析。结果:研究组有效率为83.9%,对照组有效率为87.1%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者的药品成本和C/E均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸川芎嗪注射液较银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛具有较高的药物经济学评价。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection on coronary heart disease angi- na pectoris. Methods ： Sixty-two patients with Coronary heart disease angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2010 and Sept. 2012 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection, while the ones in the research group were treated with Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects were observed, their cost-effectiveness （C/E） and sensitivity were analyzed. Results：The effective rate of the research group was 83.9%, while that of the control group was 87.1% ; And the difference between them had no statistical significance （ P 〉0.05）. The drug cost and C/E in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differ- ences between were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： In treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, Ligus- trazine Hydroehloride Injection has a higher pharmaco-economic evaluation than Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection.
