摘要
以山东省公共图书馆为研究对象,在借鉴《公共图书馆评估指标》指标体系的基础上,构建公共图书馆服务能力评价指标体系,运用熵值法对2007-2013年山东省公共图书馆服务能力进行实证分析。研究结果表明山东省公共图书馆服务能力呈上升发展趋势,硬实力的发展优于软实力。
Taking Shandong public library as the research object, in reference to the index system of ＂The Public Library Evaluation Index＂, this paper constructs service ability evaluation index system of public library and empirical-ly analyzes the service ability of Shandong public library from 2007 to 2013 by using the entropy value method.Research results show that the service ability of Shandong public library is on the rise and the development of hard power is better than that of soft power.
