摘要
环氧沥青是一种性能优异的道路铺面材料,固化后强度较高且在高温下不易熔融流淌,但采用不同基质沥青制备的环氧沥青在性能方面存在差异。分别采用70号沥青、90号沥青和SBS改性沥青制备了环氧沥青(EA),采用荧光显微镜观察各种环氧沥青材料的断面微观相结构后发现,SBS沥青制备的环氧沥青(SBS-EA)相容性相对较好;力学性能方面,SBS-EA具有更高的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率,分别可达2.28MPa和475%;此外,SBSEA的玻璃化转变温度低至-17℃,在低温条件下依然能保持一定的韧性和变形能力。
Epoxy asphalt is a kind of outstanding paving materials, which has high strength and stability at high temperature after curing. However, it is very different in the performance of epoxy asphalt prepared by different base asphalt. In this paper, 70# asphalt, 90# asphalt and SBS modified asphalt are used to prepare different epoxy asphalt (EA). After observing the microstructure of these epoxy asphalts by fluorescence microscope, it can be found that the SBS-EA has better compatibility than 70# EA and 90# EA. In terms of mechanical properties, SBS-EA also has a higher tensile strength and elongation at break up to 2.28 MPa and 475%, respectively. In addition, the glass transition temperature of SBS-EA is reduced to -17℃, so SBS-EA would have a certain toughness and deformation ability at low temperature conditions.
