摘要
以节能赛车竞技大赛为设计背景,根据轻量化与人机工程的要求,设计赛车车架,建立车架的有限元模型,分析车架在赛车匀速、侧移、加速以及转向等多种工况下的强度大小,并提出结构改进措施。通过优化车架的可靠性,实现赛车的轻量化,为今后设计和制作车架提供理论支撑。
The present paper discusses the design of a racing car frame with the energy-saving vehicles athletics competitign as design background and in accordance with the requirements of lightweight and ergonomics design, establishes the finite element model, analyses the frame strength in the condition of racing uniform speed, lateral displacement, acceleration and steering, etc. and makes suggestions for the structural improvement with an aim to providing the theoretical reference for the future design and the production of the frame by means of optimizing the reliability of the frame to make the car lightweight.
