摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,社会进步对电的依赖越发严重,正在新建的超高压以及特高压输电线路施工过程中面临着需要跨越高速公路、电力线路、铁路以及其他障碍物。为此,提出一种高机动性、能够快速自动展开的车载移动式跨越架。车载移动式跨越架的出现有效解决了输电线路施工过程中跨越多种障碍物的技术问题,不仅能够满足施工工序和施工进度要求,还能保证施工的安全运行。介绍了车载移动式跨越架的结构原理,并对车载移动式跨越架进行了可靠性分析,分析结果表明车载移动式跨越架在放线施工过程中安全可靠,完全能够满足放线跨越施工的要求。
With the continuous development of science and technology,the dependency of electricity become increasingly serious.There are some difficulties in the construction process of ehv and uhv transmission lines.In order to cross the highways,power lines,railway,and other obstacles more convenient,the research presents the application of high mobility,quick vehicle-mounted mobile crossing structure.The paper introduces the principle of the crossing structure,and analyzes the reliability.The emergence of vehicle-mounted mobile across frame is effective to solve the technical problems for transmission line across a variety of obstacles in the process of construction,it not only can meet the requirements of construction process and construction schedule,and also can ensure a safe operation of construction.The result indicates that the vehicle-mounted mobile across structure is reliable in construction,and can fully meet the requirements of crossing construction.
