摘要
拇外翻是一种较为常见的足部畸形,早在l8世纪末,拇外翻畸形的手术治疗就开始推广,手术方式也一直处于探索阶段。Helal等列出了130余种拇外翻的手术治疗方法,后来增至200余种,其中大多数手术方式已经逐渐被临床淘汰。然而有些手术方式确实有效,且不断得到改良,日益完善,成为了治疗拇外翻的主流术式。
Hallux valgus is a common deformity of foot. In the early 18 century, the operation of hallux valgus had been promoted, and still at the exploratory stage. Helal listed more than 130 operations of haUux valgus, later increased to more than 200. But the most operation has been gradually eliminated by clinic. However, some operations is really effective, and be constantly improved. They have become the mainstream of surgical treatment of hallux valgus.
