摘要
目的:探讨改良式腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的临床应用价值。方法:选择2011年7月—2015年12月妇产科进行治疗的20例无阴道患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为两组,对照组采用传统腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术,观察组采用改良式腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术,每组各10例,比较两组患者围术期情况、治疗效果及术后并发症等情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间及术后住院时间明显短于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后并发症少于对照组,术后远期性生活质量远远好于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良式腹腔镜下腹膜代阴道成形术的治疗效果明显,可以明显缩短患者的手术时间及住院时间,并发症少,安全性好,对患者远期性生活无明显影响。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical value under modified laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty surgery. Meth-ods：From July 2011 to December 2015 in hospital obstetrics and gynecology for treatment of 20 patients without vaginal study, all the patients were randomly divided into two groups,using traditional laparoscopic vaginoplasty of peritoneum patients in the control group,with modified using laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty surgery patients in the observation group,10 patients in each group,the two groups were compared to the situation perioperative,and postoperative complications of treatment and so on. Results：The operation time and postoperative hospital stay of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group,the blood loss was significantly less than the control group,postoperative complications than the control group,after long - term quality of life is much better than control group,and the difference was significant,statistically signifi-cant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The treatment with modified laparoscopic peritoneal vaginoplasty obviously,can significantly shorten the operation time and hospital stay time,fewer complications,safety,no significant long - term impact on patients＇ sex life,be worthy of clinical widely used.
