摘要
薄荷中主要含有挥发油、黄酮类、蒽醌类、有机酸类、氨基酸等,具有抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗生育、促进透皮吸收等药理作用。目前,对薄荷化学成分的研究主要集中在挥发油方面,薄荷挥发油中含有薄荷醇、乙酸薄荷酯、柠檬烯、薄荷酮等抑菌抗病毒的成分,中医用以疏风清热治感冒。薄荷挥发油具有祛痰、利胆、抗炎镇痛、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、促渗透、抗早孕等多方面的药理作用。薄荷挥发油抗肿瘤的作用机制尚不明确,是未来研究分析的重点。
The chemical constituents of Mentha haplocalyx mainly include volatile oil,flavonoids,anthraquinones,organic acids and amino acids,its clinical pharmacological effects include anti-inflammatory analgesic,anti-virus,antioxidant,anti fertility,and promoting the transdermal absorption. At present,the research on the chemical constituents of Mentha haplocalyx mainly concentrated in the volatile oil,peppermint volatile oil containing menthol,menthyl acetate,limonene,menthone and other antibacterial and antiviral ingredients,traditional Chinese medicine for clearing the wind to cure a cold. Peppermint essential oil has expectorant,anti inflammatory and analgesic,cholagogic effect,antiviral,antitumor,pro penetration,pharmacological effects of anti early pregnancy and so on. The anti-tumor mechanism of volatile oil of peppermint is not clear,which is the focus of study in the future.
