摘要
武汉市某医院对照德国KTQ质量认证体系中关于医院后勤综合管理的各项标准进行自评,制定改进计划,逐条实施,通过定期满意度调查检查后勤综合管理工作中的不足,结合落实后勤信息反馈制度,继续按照PDCA循环4大步骤不断改善工作流程。通过进行KTQ质量认证,后勤综合管理的各项工作制度和流程得到完善与更新,工作方法不断创新,持续提高医院后勤服务质量,班组员工的工作观念也发生转变,实现了医院后勤综合管理工作由粗放式到精细化的转变。
Through analyzing each standard of logistics management in German KTQ and making a self-assessment of hospital logistics management contrast with KTQ standards, the improvement plans were made and implemented. By checking the deficiency of hospital logistics management according to regular satisfaction survey and combining with information feedback system of logistics, the working process was improved in accordance with PDCA cycle. Through KTQ quality certification review, the system and the process of work was perfected and updated, the working methods was innovated, the hospital logistics management was continuously improved and employees" working concept had been.cchanged. The transformation of integrated logistics management from extensive to refinement realized.
