热处理对沉淀强化型铁镍基耐蚀合金热挤压厚壁管力学性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of heat treatment on mechanical properties of precipitation strengthened Fe-Ni based corrosion-resistant alloy hot extrusion heavy wall pipe

摘要 研究了热处理工艺对铁镍基合金热挤压厚壁管力学性能的影响。结果表明:由于挤压温度高、速度快,且挤压完成后采用了水冷冷却,试验合金挤压态的力学性能和固溶态的力学性能非常接近,挤压后直接时效态和固溶+时效态合金的力学性能也非常接近。随着固溶温度升高,试验合金的强度下降、韧塑性上升,适宜的固溶处理温度是960~1040℃。随着时效温度的升高,试验合金的强度呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而韧塑性表现出大致相反的变化规律,其转折点温度均为740℃。随着时效时间的延长,试验合金的强度呈现先急剧增大后缓慢增加再后几乎不变的趋势,而韧塑性表现出大致相反的变化规律,适宜的时效时间为不超过16 h。 Effect of heat treatment on mechanical properties of Fe-Ni based corrosion-resistant alloy hot extrusion heavy wall pipe. The test results show that, as the high extrusion temperature, fast extrusion speed and water cooling after extrusion, the extruded alloy has a similar mechanical properties with solutioned alloy, and the mechanical properties of the direct aged and solid solutioned + aged alloys are also very close. With solution temperature increasing, the strength of the alloy decreases, however, the toughness increases, the optimum solution temperature is in the range of 960-1040 ℃. With aging temperature increasing, the strength of the alloy increases at first and then decreases, while the toughness shows a roughly opposite change law, the turning point temperature are all 740 ℃. With aging time prolonging, the strength of the alloy increases sharply at first, and then turns gradually until reaches the maximum value, finally remains unchanged, while the toughness shows a reversed trend compared with the strength. The suggested aging time should not exceed 16 h.
