摘要
为提高超细颗粒的分级效果,设计一种直径8 mm的微型旋流器,通过数值模拟与实验研究对比直径8 mm与10 mm旋流器对超细颗粒的分离性能。结果表明:8 mm旋流器相比于10 mm旋流器底流产率提高3.8%,溢流浓度降低5.3%,底流浓度基本不变,小于2μm综合分级效率提高6%,小于5μm综合分级效率提高3.1%,分离粒度降低0.7μm左右。
The small diameter hydrocyclone has not a good separation effect. Therefore,a kind of 8 mm in diameter micro hydrocyclone was designed and its separation performance was compared with that of 10 mm in diameter hydrocyclone. The numerical simulated and experimental results show that, compared with the 10 mm hydrocyclone, the underflow output of 8 mm hydrocyclone increases by 3.8% , the overflow concentration reduces by 5.3%, the underflow concentration is unchanged, the comprehensive classification efficiency of-2 μm particles increases by 6% , the comprehensive classification efficiency of -5μm particles increases by 3.1% ,the cut size reduces about 0.7 μm.
