摘要
基于高速转子结构动应力测量原理,研究在实际安装工况下的高速圆柱齿轮辐板动应力测试技术,并针对某型航空发动机附件传动圆柱齿轮辐板断裂故障实际工程问题,构建专门的附件传动齿轮动应力测试系统,测量得到该齿轮在实际工况下的动应力数据,分析结果表明:被测齿轮在实际工况下以1阶及3阶振动形式为主,最大分频幅值为21MPa,改进设计后齿轮辐板最大动应力值相比改进前降低43.8%.
The dynamic strain monitoring technique for the rim of cylinder gear was studied based on the principle of dynamic stress measurement for high speed rotor structure.The dynamic stress data of the gear was measured by using the test system designed specifically for the accessory gearbox in a certain aero engine.The analysis results showed that the gear had one order and three order vibration modes based on actual conditions,and the maximum frequency amplitude was 21 MPa.The dynamic stress of the rim of cylinder gear with improved design was decreased by 43.8% compared with that before improvement.
