基于遥感的连片特困区生态环境质量动态监测——以燕山—太行山片区为例 被引量:5

Dynamic Monitoring on Eco-environmental Quality of Contiguous Poor Areas Based on Remote Sensing:A Case Study on Yanshan-Taihang Mountains Area

摘要 "燕山—太行山"连片特困区生态环境质量动态监测是制定该地区新时期扶贫开发政策需要考虑的问题,对引导区域资源合理开发和社会经济可持续发展具有重要现实意义.本文根据特困区的特点以及评价目的构建了由生物丰度指数、植被覆盖指数、水网密度指数和土地退化指数组成的具有RS特色的评价指标体系,以栅格和县级行政区划为评价单元,借助GIS空间分析技术,对研究区2000年和2010年的生态环境进行了评价分析.结果显示:研究区近10年生态环境局部存在恶化现象,但总体上得到了改善;2010年生态环境质量良好的县域面积占到整个研究区面积的41.27%.该研究结合遥感技术探索了连片特困区生态环境质量评价的方法,具有较好的操作性;该指标体系和评价方法可以推广到其他区域的生态环境质量评价中,可以为连片特困区的生态建设提供技术支持. It is need to be considered that the dynamic monitoring of eco-environmental quality in contiguous poor area of Yanshan-Taihang Mountains when establish the poverty alleviation and development strategy. It also plays a significant role in the rational and sustainable development of regional resources. Based on the features and assessment purpose, the assessment index system with RS characteristics is constructed, including biological abundance, vegetation coverage, water network density and land degradation index. In the system, the raster is the basic assessment unit and the country level is the comprehensive assessment unit. Besides, by the support of GIS, the study has assessed the eco-environmental quality of the interested region in 2000 and 2010. The assessment results show that the eco-environmental quality deteriorated partially, but improved on the whole; in 2010, the area with good eco-environmental quality accounted for 41.27% of the total. And the eco-environmental quality of Yanshan-Taihang Mountains is better than others. In this study, a RS-based eco-environmental assessment method is explored, it not only can be operated easily, but also can be extended to other contiguous poor areas. Apart from that, it provides technique assistance for poverty alleviation and development.
