摘要
以40份糜子种质资源作为试材,利用6对糜子特异性SSR引物对这些试材进行遗传多样性研究。结果表明:40份试材中共检测出20个等位基因变异,每对引物的等位点数在1~5之间,平均为3.3个。Shannon指数在0.048~1.451之间,平均为0.54。PIC值在0.097~0.681之间,平均为0.34。聚类分析发现:在相似系数为0.82时,40个糜子品种分为9个类群,第一类群有2个品种属华北夏糜子区;第二类群有8个品种属黄土高原春、夏糜子区;第三类群有11个品种属北方春糜子区;第四类群有14个品种属华北夏糜子区;第五类群有5个品种为一类;第六、七、九类群各有一个品种单独为一类;第8类群有两个品种属西北春、夏糜子区。该结果为日后优良糜子种质资源的筛选和分子育种提供一定的理论参考。
This study analyzed the genetic diversity of 40 broomcorn millet cultivars using 6 pairs of specific SSR primers. The results indicated that a total of 20 allelic variations were detected from these broomcorn millet materials, and thus the allele number detected for each primer pair was between 1 and 5 with the average value of3.3. The Shannon index was between 0.048 and 1.451, with an average of 0.54; while the PIC value was between0.097 and 0.681, with an average of 0.34. According to the results of cluster analysis, these 40 broomcorn millet varieties could be classified into 9 groups with a similarity coefficient of 0.82. The first group included 2 varieties that are cultivated in Northern China in summer; the second group was composed of 8 varieties, which are either spring or summer cultivars in the Loess Plateau; there were 11 varieties in the third group, which are cultivated in the northern area in spring; a total of 14 varieties, belong to the spring cultivars in Northern China, consisted of the fourth group; the fifth group was comprised of 5 varieties; the sixth, seventh and ninth group had each a single variety; and the eighth group contained two varieties grown in Northwestern China in either spring or summer. The results obtained from this study could provide a basis reference for future screening and breeding the germplasms of broomcorn millet.
