摘要
目的:了解医学院校2011—2015年新生心理健康状况及影响因素。方法:采用大学生人格健康问卷(UPI)调查5年6 567名长治医学院入学新生的心理健康状况。结果:该院校新生以农村学生为主,城市生源比例明显增加(从31.17%上升至42.19%,P<0.01)。一类心理问题平均筛出率12.40%,二类心理问题平均筛出率为23.66%,心理健康水平与全国其他院校相当,并逐年提高(P<0.01)。该医学院校不同性别、生源地的学生心理健康总分差异不显著。入学动机明确的学生UPI问卷总分明显低于入学动机不明确的学生(P<0.01),专业满意度高的学生UPI问卷总分显著高于不满意的学生(P<0.01)。结论:5年期间,医学院校生源结构发生明显改变,其心理健康水平逐年提高。入学动机、专业满意度是医学院校新生心理健康状况的重要影响因素。
Objective：To understand the mental health status and its influencing factors of students in Medical College from 2011 to 2015.Methods：The mental health of 6 567 medical college freshmen from 2011 to 2015 were tested by University Personality Inventory （UPI）.Results：From 2011 to 2015 the students in Medical College are mainly from rural area,however,the structure of the students resource has changed significantly（31.17% to 42.19%,P 〈0.01）due to the increase of the urban students enrolled in Medical School in recent 5 years.During 2011—2015,the average rate of medical college students with Mental Problem ClassⅠare 12.40%,at the meantime the ratio of Mental Problem Class Ⅱ are 23.66%,which is average among all the other college in China,while the ratio of mental health students is increased year by year.There are not much difference in the Medical School students who have the different hometown or gender according to the score of UPI.Apparently,The UPI results of the students who have certain motive of choosing Medical School are lower than the uncertain students（P〈0.01）.Likely,the students who are satisfied with their major have the higher UPI result than the ones who are not.Conclusion：The students resource in Medical school has changed significantly in recent 5 years,and the psychological health conditions are improved year by year.The motive of choosing Medical School and the satisfaction with the major are the main factors that impact the Psychological health of the first year students.
