摘要
目的探讨针刺伏兔配委中放血疗法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果。方法对2010年9月～2011年9月河北省三河市医院针灸科门诊诊治的60例急性腰扭伤患者资料进行回顾性分析，根据治疗方法不同分成两组，各30例。治疗组采用针刺伏兔配委中放血疗法；对照组采用针刺腰椎夹脊穴治疗。所有患者均以5d为治疗周期，比较两组治疗前后目测类比评分（VAS）及临床疗效、治疗时间和恢复正常工作时间。结果治疗组治疗后的VAS为（2．64±1．68）分，对照组治疗后的VAS为（3．68±2．45）分，均较治疗前明显降低[（7．46±2．78）、（7．50±3．05）分]，差异有统计学意义（t=6．386，3．280，P〈0．05）；治疗组治疗后的VAS低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=2．740，P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗时间为（3．26±0．46）d，恢复正常工作时间为（6．51±1．26）d，明显短于对照组[（5．05±0．68）、（8．38±1．75）d]，差异有统计学意义（t=3．015，2．746，P〈0．05）。治疗组总有效率为95．0％，明显高于对照组的72．3％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=4．382，P〈0．05）。结论针刺伏兔配委中放血疗法治疗急性腰扭伤显效快，治愈率高，是一种安全可靠的新疗法。
Objective To discuss clinical effect of acupucture Futu combined with Weizhong bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods Data of 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain from September 2010 to September 2011 in Acupuncture Outpatient, Hospital of Sanhe City, Hebei Province were retrospectively analyzed. Ac- cording to the different treatment methods, all patients were divided into two groups, each group was 30 cases. Acupuc- ture Futu combined with Weizhong bloodletting therapy were used in treatment group. Acupuncture at lumbar Jiaji was applied in control group.All patients were treated for 5 days as the treatment period. AVS before and after treatment and clinical effect, treatment time, resume normal working time between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, VAS of treatment group was （2.64±1.68） points, and VAS of control group was （3.68±2.45） points, which were significantly lower than before treatment [（7.46±2.78）, （7.50±3.05） points], the differences were statistically signifi- cant （t= 6.386, 3.280, P 〈 0.05）. VAS of treatment group was lower than that of control group after treatment, the dif- ference was statistically significant （t = 2.740, P 〈 0.05）. Treatment time of treatment group was （3.26±0.46） d and re- sume normal working time of treatment group was （6.51±1.26） d, significantly shorter than those of control group [（5.05±0.68）, （8.38±1.75） d], the differences were statistically significant （t = 3.015, 2.746, P 〈 0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%, significantly higher than that of control group of 72.3%, the difference was statisti- cally significant （X^2 = 4.382, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Aeupueture Futu combined with Weizhong bloodletting therapy in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain takes effect quickly, cure rate is high, which is a safe and effective method.
