摘要 对汽车电子电气系统功能安全的国际标准ISO26262进行阐述,分析了功能安全和汽车安全完整性等级两个重要的概念,针对高压继电器失效对整车安全的危害分析及风险评估,基于适当的安全机制和ASIL分解方法,设计了一种高压继电器的控制方法和监控诊断方案,保证了基于功能安全开发的高压继电器在失效形式下,仍能保证整车的使用安全。 This paper introduces the international standard ISO26262 about functional safety for automobile electronic/electrical systems.Key concepts in ISO 26262 are interpreted,including functional safety concepts and automobile safety integrity level(ASIL).Through hazard analysis and risk assessment,a control and monitoring method of high voltage relay is designed based on appropriate safety mechanism and ASIL decomposition method so that vehicle safety is ensured under the condition of the relay failure.
