摘要
目的 探讨分析全髋关节置换患者的康复护理效果。方法 选择2013年6月~2015年12月我院的54例全髋关节置换术患者来进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组使用常规康复护理,实验组使用早期康复护理,对两组的康复护理效果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的并发症发生率较低,髋关节功能改善显著,和对照组相比差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 全髋关节置换术后进行早期康复护理能够降低患者的并发症发生率,提升髋关节功能改善情况,为患者的术后恢复提供帮助。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing for patients with total hip replacement. Methods From June 2013 to December 2015, 54 cases of total hip replacement patients in our hospital were analyzed, patients were divided into control gToup and experimental group, control group nsing co＇nventional rehabilitation nursing, the experimental group used early rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation nursing effect of two groups were compared for analysis. Results The patients in the experimental group had a lower rate of complications and the hip function was significantly different, compared with the control group, there was statistical difficrence （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The early rehabilitation nursing after total hip replacement can reduce the complication rate, hnprove the fnnction of the hip joint, and provide help for the recovery of the patients after operation.
