摘要
[目的]观察乌天麻和红天麻在台州当地的开花习性。[方法]以乌天麻和红天麻作为研究对象,考查2种天麻在台州地区进行有性繁殖期间的各项生物学特性,并开展了人工繁种试验。[结果]红天麻种子和红×乌杂交天麻种子在当地繁育效果显著优于乌天麻种子及乌×红杂交天麻种子,其中以红天麻种子的种麻产量最高,可达6.97 kg/m^2。[结论]该研究为在台州当地推广天麻有性繁殖技术提供参考。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to observe the flowering habits of G. elata f. glauca and G. elata f. elata in Taizhou area. [ Method]Taking G. clara f. glauca and G. clara f. data as research objects,the biological characteristics of two kinds of G. clara in Taizhou area during sexual reproduction were studied and the artificial breeding experiment was carried out. [ Result] The breeding effect of G. elata f. elata seeds and G. elata f. elata × G. elata f. glauca seeds in the local was significantly better than G. elata, f. glauca seeds and G. elata, f. glauca × G. elata f. elata seeds, and the yield of G. elata f. elata seeds was the highest, up to 6.97 kg/m^2. [ Conclusion]This study will provide the Deference for the promotion of sexual reproduction of G. elata in Taizhou.
