摘要
本文主要探讨机关管理人员通用能力培训体系之下的课程体系的建立，以期改变培训课程随意性、碎片化做法，建立基于管理角色不同、岗位不同，提升管理能力的课程体系，促进培训的长期可持续发展，提高培训科学性和实效性。
This paper mainly discussed how to set up general ability training curriculum system for managerial staff in scientific research institutes to promote the scientificity and effectiveness of the training.
