摘要
目的探讨苦参注射液对胃癌患者疼痛、免疫状态与肿瘤标志物水平的影响。方法 选取2015年6月~2016年4月本院收治的48例胃癌患者为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,每组24例,对照组患者给予常规胃癌治疗,观察组患者则在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用苦参注射液治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群指标与肿瘤标志物水平。结果 治疗前两组患者的疼痛相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群指标与肿瘤标志物水平比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。治疗后随着时间的延长,两组疼痛相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群指标与肿瘤标志物水平均持续改善,且观察组均好于对照组（均P〈0.05）;治疗后两组疼痛相关指标、T淋巴细胞亚群指标与肿瘤标志物水平比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 苦参注射液对胃癌患者的疼痛控制、免疫调节及疾病治疗均有积极的改善作用,因此认为苦参注射液在胃癌患者中的综合应用价值较高。
Objective To explore effect of Matrine Injection on the level of pain,immune status and tumor marker in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 48 patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected as study object and divided into two groups according to the differences of treatment methods,24 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with routine treatment of gastric cancer,while patients in observation group were treated with Matrine Injection on the basis of routine treatment of control group,pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumor markers levels of two groups before and after the treatment were compared.Results The pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumor markers levels of two groups before treatment were compared, and the difference had no statistical significance （P〉0.05）.The pain related indexes,T lymphocyte subsets indexes and tumor markers levels of two groups with the extension of time after treatment were continuously improved,and the levels of observation group were all better than those of control group （all P〈0.05）.After treatment,pain related indicators,T lymphocyte subsets and the level of tumor markers between two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conelusion The improvement role of Matrine Injection for the pain control,immunoregulation and disease treatment is active,so the comprehensive application value of Matrine Injection in the patients with gastric cancer is higher.
