摘要
为减缓巷道掘进过程中应力集中带来的高应力冲击危险,以龙门峡南煤矿西翼增补回风巷采用大直径钻孔卸压技术为研究对象,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,依次分析了不同钻孔直径,不同钻孔间距、不同钻孔深度等工况下的卸压效果。经对比分析最终选择直径110 mm、间距2 m、孔深15 m作为增补回风巷的卸压钻孔参数。实施该组卸压参数后,不仅巷帮侧向支承压力峰值发生转移与释放,而且检验孔的钻屑量均低于预警值,巷道的冲击危险程度大幅度降低。
In order to mitigate danger of high-stress induced shock burst in process of tunnel excavation,taking west-wing supplement return airway of Longmen Gorge South Coal Mine with application of large-diameter drillhole pressure relief technology as object of study,FLAC 3D numerical simulation software was applied to analyze the pressure relief effects with different drillhole diameters,separation distances and depths.Through the comparative analysis,the drillhole pressure relief parameters of the roadway were confirmed as 110 mm diameter,2 m separation distance,15 m depth.After implementing the pressure relief parameters,lateral abutment pressure peak of roadway shifted and released,and the drilling cutting quantity of inspection holes were lower than the pre-warning value,thus danger of roadway rock burst dramatically decreased.
