摘要
目的观察丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼在骨科手法复位麻醉中的应用效果。方法将2013年3月—2015年8月在我院进行骨科手法复位的126例患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各63例,对照组采用丙泊酚进行复位麻醉,观察组采用丙泊酚+瑞芬太尼复合麻醉并进行手法复位,观察两组患者麻醉效果、血流动力学稳定情况及不良反应。结果观察组在麻醉过程中的T2、T3、T4阶段心率、血压值均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率(4.76%)显著低于对照组(12.67%)(P<0.05)。结论在进行骨科手法复位中采用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼麻醉具有更好的麻醉过程控制作用,并且可以显著降低麻醉中的不良反应,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the application of propofol combined with remifentanil for anaesthesia in orthopaedic gimmick reset. Methods 126 patients with orthopaedic gimmick reset in our hospital from March 2013 to August 2015 were divided the control group and observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group received the reset anesthesia with propofol and the observation group received the anesthesia with propofolandremifentanil and manual reduction.The anesthesia effect,hemodynamic stability and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed. Results The heart rate and blood pressure valuesin the observation group in the process of anesthesia（ T2,T3 and T4） were better than thosein the control group（ P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reactions in theobservation group（ 4.76%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 12.67%） and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.The anesthesia effects in the two groupswere almost the same.It showed no statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of propofol combined with remifentanil for anaesthesia in orthopaedic gimmick resethas better control effects during the procedureand can significantly decrease the rate of adverse reactions in anesthesia.So it has good anesthesia medicine value.
