摘要
目的:探讨基于个性化和普适化视角的双轨延续健康教育模式在乳腺癌术后康复患者中的应用效果。方法:将2015年7-12月于我院接受乳腺癌手术治疗的90例患者纳入本研究,随机等分为对照组与试验组,对照组接受常规延续健康教育,试验组接受基于个性化和普适化视角的双轨延续健康教育模式干预,比较两组乳腺癌术后康复病例干预后各相关指标的差异性。结果:试验组乳腺癌术后康复病例干预后健康知识知晓度评分、健康行为依从性及生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用基于个性化和普适化视角的双轨延续健康教育模式对乳腺癌术后康复患者实施干预,对提高该类患者术后健康知识水平、健康行为依从性及生活质量方面均具备积极效果。
Objective: To explore the application effect of double- track continual health education model in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer based on individualized and universalized perspectives. Methods: Selected 90 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2015 and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine continual health education and the experimental group accepted double- track continual health education model based on individualized and universalized perspectives. The differences of related indexes between the two groups after the intervention of postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer were compared. Results: The health knowledge awareness score,health behavior compliance and quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group and the difference was of statistical significance( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Intervention in patients with postoperative rehabilitation of breast cancer with dual- track continual health education model based on individualization and universalization perspectives has positive effects on improving the level of health knowledge,health behavior compliance and quality of life of patients after the surgery.
